Pros

PTO starts at 26 days.

Cons

No real management in place. The best tech gets promoted to manager.

At Apptix we believe open communication between manager and employee is key to our success. In addition to formal performance review and feedback, ongoing informal feedback is a manager's responsibility and is taken very seriously. We strive to always give employees positive feedback on their work and if there is improvement needed managers work with employees to make those changes. We have a very positive work environment and if our employees are performing well we like to let them know!

Frustrating at times

Pros

The people I worked with were great, and the management was great. I had originally worked for another company that was bought by Apptix.

Cons

Once we merged with Apptix, all kinds of problems came about. Their network infrastructure was bad, and this caused disruptions in the customer's service. Opportunities for advancement were non existent.
