Cons

Avoid this organization at all costs as it is astoundingly unprofessional. Waste your time only if you are interested in working for an unorganized company that doesn’t care about its employees or teamwork whatsoever.

Pros

Good benefits and a nice work environment, the culture is highly valued and the communication lines between employees and lower management is good. Openness to talk about anything.

Cons

Under pays employees. Management will fill your head with false hope.Tends to add more and more roles and responsibilities to your plate without and sort of compensation. Second- level management has a true disconnect with what is actually happening.

Nothing Positive about this place. Management is only concerned with the "inner clique"

Cons

Terrible company since converting to the Matrix Organization model Horrendous Manager was appointed to a leadership role that he was not qualified for. All about favoritism. If you are not in the "Clique" you are in for a rough ride. I also agree with the previous post from another employee. "The moral compass of the company needs to be questioned. Recent promotions are to the same people that are the 'party people', going out drinking every week with the boss. Senior leaders need to set a better example for the rest of the organization. What was once a good company has deteriorated so much with the current management team"
