Pros

Full time remote role with freedom to move and work from anywhere.

Cons

Toxic workplace culture, entitled senior leadership team that is disassociated in practice from line level employees/consultants, broken implementation processes, incoherent internal collaborative processes between teams with inadequate product and back-end support leading to cost overruns and poor project delivery leading to excessive work-life imbalance.

Pros

Solid base pay - that's about it

Cons

Selling many products that receive little to no support internally. Very dated software. Many of these came in through acquisition. Management changes direction of company every 6 months and makes very short-sighted, irrational decisions.

Thank you for your feedback. A key focus areas for Aptean is to invest in our products and improving our support processes, internally as well as externally, to become more proactive and to truly create "Customer Success”. This will take time and it requires change that can be perceived at the time as very difficult. We are committed to investing in, building and supporting solutions that will help our customers and employees be successful in the long term.

Pros

Good training ground for employees.

Cons

Company up for sale? Or company was up for sale? Offshoring is still in progress and even the offshore people are heavily demotivated. What confuses me upon reading reviews, is that there is still the same pattern today that there was 5 years ago. From a business perspective, this company has stupidly good margins as a result of operational quality reduction; however, when that floor is reached someone will buy it and hire a turnaround specialist. If someone does not buy it then what happens? Reinvestment or complete decline?
