Pros

If a revolving door of employees and constant cost cutting is up your ally, this is prefect for you.

Cons

Every insignificant decision goes before a committee of executives and it's the most unstable company I've ever seen. Killed off selling to new customers and you can't go to the bathroom unless the VC Company backing Aptean weighs in.

Some great people to work with and learn from if new to software... Atlanta HQ is in a great location and easy to get in and out of...

Cons

Executive leadership constantly changing and changing the direction of the company as well. Unrealistic/unethical sales forecasting methods by Executive leadership results in missed targets which result in "re-alignments" and good people losing their jobs...(throughout every department)

Pros

Global company with interesting ERP, CRM, SCM software product mix. 3 weeks of vacation for new employees. Professional casual dress. Good location in Perimeter area of North Atlanta.

Cons

Aptean is now a jobs program for former Red Prairie software employees. Hardworking people are let go frequently and replaced by former Red Prairie software employees. Morale is horrible. Attitude and commitment mean nothing. It's all about who you know from Red Prairie. Workspaces made much smaller to accommodate growth followed 3-4 months later by employee cuts due to reduced revenue.
