This is one of those companies that doesn't care about the people who build their products. The management are not honest and have no respect for your work. This is a poorly managed company from the top down.

- Opportunity to learn - Possibly great coworkers depending on what team you are on

Cons

- Overworked, unlimited PTO doesn’t help if you don’t have the time or coverage to take it. Expect to work all hours of the day and night with little to no recognition. - Constantly on edge, regardless of performance. They have an “everyone is replaceable” mentality. - Pay is extremely under market and leadership is completely out of touch. Expect to work a huge amount of hours for no money. It does not matter what type of impact you have, expect to have to fight for every penny. - Terrible leadership, they have created an environment that is highly toxic
