Pros

Coworkers get a long well within the company. Company strives to be successful with the adversities that has over come. Company gives many opportunities to new workforce out of college however comes with drawback on an experienced staff.

Cons

Companies focus on information that has not proven to be successful in past. Outsourcing on many R&D positions to India. Performing tasks that often go unnoticed by management. Two years now not having any bonus that is based on the companies performance.

Pros

If a revolving door of employees and constant cost cutting is up your ally, this is prefect for you.

Cons

Every insignificant decision goes before a committee of executives and it's the most unstable company I've ever seen. Killed off selling to new customers and you can't go to the bathroom unless the VC Company backing Aptean weighs in.
