Previous management defined and implemented good list of values and Culture. New Management gives importance to processes and tools for standardization

Cons

Continuous changes in policies, processes, decisions and management approaches lead to inconsistent state for employees Continuous changes at Executive Team level and each of them wanted to proof their credibility by doing crazy decisions in their departments. Most affected are Engineering and Sales

Great learning opportunities for freshers . More responsibilities as compared to big MN Cs.

Cons

Salary. Management doesn't care about employee moral. Appreciation given to employees who can remain limelight. lack of proper guidance. too man changes in strategies. no employee benefits. workload on juniors. no comp off or Work from home. But you will be asked to work on weekends.

There are not many pros here. Work/life balance is okay. You can get your feet wet in the industry if you get in. Our Atlanta office is in a good place and easy to commute to

Cons

The management at this company is clueless. All of the people that knew anything about any of the products are gone. Customers are not happy and I feel very bad for them. Nothing ever gets done internally, your word doesn't mean anything. Promotions or pay raises are non-existent. You will get laid off.. it's just a matter of time. Software is far behind the competition.. customers will start leaving
