      Bad place for software salespeople

      Pros

      There are some smart, dedicated and fun people working for Aptean. Trying to build corporate culture in Atlanta office with many entry-level, new employees.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected from field sales organization and decisions are driven by private equity owner's EBITDA goals. Too much old technology in 30 plus applications and they're reducing R&D spend on most of them.

      Pros

      Fairly Flexible PTO and decent balance.

      Cons

      Only offer you more money if you quit. They don't promote from within and have no training program. Management is never trained causing a whole lot of problems.
