Some of us still have jobs....but that will change soon enough

Cons

Clients and employees are interchangeable parts in some second rate business school income model. It's all about locking in the customer for, as long as possible, offering as little as possible, and keeping the staff on the "Aptean Edge" all the time. Every now and then, push someone off the edge to keep costs and service levels down.

Pros

Top management is honest. they drop hints before major changes are announced. Coworkers are good (getting bad by the day) work-life balance office is located in the center of the city Company has a financially very strong backer.

Cons

Too many changes have been done after the management assumed charge Can never know when one might be asked to leave. Cannot trust the midlevel managers since they are not involved in many of the decisions
