      Don't work here is you value your sanity

      Pros

      You'll laugh a lot (and I mean a lot) at the hysterically brutal management and Marketing department.

      Cons

      No direction or input at all from management. No plan, and always reactive, not proactive. Tasks are spontaneous and need to be done yesterday in the marketing department. No thought process or plan whatsoever.

      Area where its located .. Good for freshers to try out there appitude ability with written test

      Cons

      Thought had a great product lines don’t have a vision to get the best from them – As Great minds (not many left) are currently led IDIOTS at top. HR fails to have the HUMAN Face so does its CEO. Employees can feel to be part of US company – As any Friday can be a Firing day. They have tried all Quality/software practices from ISO to current Scrum – without even understanding the ground reality if these practices can really work on some of the product lines!! Local management is pathetic – Linguistic bias, no openness, great Story teller….
