The organisation has grown quite substantially in the last 10 years and the company management is continuously looking to promote a motivating work environment for their staff with lean SOPs and policies, training and development opportunities, employee recognition program, fair performance management processes and regular communication opportunities between staff and management. There is a respectful and professional work environment where innovation, teamwork, transparency and customer focus are deeply embedded.
