Pros
Work from home, Awardco, opportunities for bonuses, paid breaks, benefits, competitive pay.
Cons
They will squeeze everything out of you. When things are good they’re good, when things are bad, it’s hell. You have to be ready to have your work duties flipped upside down and if you complain about it you’ll just get a passive aggressive response. They gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem, they screw over customers with an attitude like they’ve done nothing wrong, and they constantly ask more from you while giving you less and less. Unpaid time off is not allowed unless you have special accommodations set with HR, otherwise, if you run out of the little PTO they give you, then good luck trying to get time off to handle any emergency situations. There are people in high positions that care about their employees, but the ones who don’t care are louder and hold more power. If the job market wasn’t so bad I would have left a long time ago.
