I love the people I work with at every level. I am respected here. This is a company built on values and integrity. That combined with our drive makes Aptive a joy to be a part of.
Cons
The seasonal fluctuations can get intense. During the summer, when we grow, it is very intense and busy. Sometimes late evenings and saturdays are a reality.
