I love the flexibility of my job and the pay.

Cons

Ability to receive job appropriate raises on merit. Raises are negligible, and mid year reviews don't effect pay. Favoritism in the department leads to people being held to different standards inside the department.

-Very supportive of career learning and development. -Leadership is very organized and open about the state and direction of the company. -Many fringe benefits and fun events. I have been to many sporting events in the company Suite.

Cons

-In terms of their corporate team, they are already fairly scaled, so there are not always a ton of management opportunities coming available or being created. -Not very many Holidays (only 6 out of the typical 12).
