      Pros

      Lots of communication from Executives about strategic initiatives and vision for the future. The Company has been growing fast so it's a dynamic workplace where there is lots to do and new things to learn. Still a small corporate structure so people know their management well and there is opportunity to be mentored and for your voice to be heard. Lots of emphasis on training and continuing education at Aptive.

      Cons

      Aptive is a young company so there are some growing pains as Aptive transitions from a young, founder-led organization to a more mature, PE-led organization.

      I love how important it is to Aptive to continue to grow and become better. It amazes me watching this company grow in such a positive way.

      Cons

      I work remote and that is sometimes hard for me. Nothing to do with the Company, but that can be a struggle for me at times.
