You get to open your eyes and see how the real world works, whatever it takes.

Cons

All that matters is to get the job done at all costs, whatever it takes. It could be good, but if it takes practices that are questionable and I would rather not talk about, then the question comes in.

Great place for a younger person to learn.

Cons

Of all the top consulting firms, Aptude is by far the most focused on short-term profit per partner at the expense of all else. During my employment term, I saw WAY too many decisions that were very bad for clients and consulting staff, I wish I had read reviews before joining the firm.
