Pros

It's never a dull day in here. There's so much work to do everyday.

Cons

There's no direct communication with the management or HR to raise your concerns. Everyone has to go through company protocols and write all concerns in a form. Even when yo do, no one would take time to take a look at it and do something about it. It's useless.

The company pays a good hourly rate even to starters.

Cons

The company lets you do anything and everything under the sun. The company may be paying a good hourly rate, but the company can also let you go anytime they'd like to. It's like one day you've got good money, then the next you're unemployed.

Cons

So much improvement needs to be done. The pay and benefits should be the first ones the company should look into. Open more opportunities to the ones who are working hard and who has a lot of contributions done to the company.
