- Good insurance and other benefits - Supportive management - Great work life balance

Cons

- Mediocre pay (and literally no rise in salary) - They reduced PTOs last year (absolutely terrible) - Very often you will feel that management is trying to save money every here and there

Highly-skilled dev team, excellent code base and infrastructure, no drama

Cons

Management is not yet on board with remote or partial-remote work days. But the office environment is respectful and distractions are minimal.
