The company has the best benefits package I've ever had from an employer, and my managers on the software development team were also very accommodating of PTO requests and so on. After working for Aquent for a couple of years, I was permitted to work remotely, and everyone I worked with was very helpful in making the transition work. There were a lot of interesting projects that would come up from time to time, and being on a small team, you have a good chance of getting to develop a broad skill set. The developers have a relatively free rein to choose the solutions they feel are best, which has both good and bad aspects, but at least ensures that your technical worth won't dwindle while working on the team. The developers and associated business and QA teams work together in a very collaborative way.
