As a vendor for Aquent, they did a great job interfacing with the client on our behalf. Got us a great pay rate, handled all documentation and ensured that communication between the client and the vendor team remained open.

Cons

When questions arose on the Vendor side, it was tough to get a straight answer from our vendor managers. Maybe it was the one assigned to our team, but there were several instances where some of us needed help navigating a challenge and they were unresponsive.

Pros

Aquent has been great for me--I have a great manager, so that's partly why. The job is definitely influenced by the company and team that you're a vendor for, so it's difficult to generalize.

Cons

They require an Aquent email and won't (or didn't) let you forward it to an email address you regularly check. Annoying, but not a deal-breaker.
