Pros

Aquent has some wonderful perks for employees including a discounted online shop. The work life balance is dependent on our boss, but I have had no trouble. They have a wide range of available positions and are supportive when you need it.

Cons

PTO & health benefits are not as great compared to other companies.

The only con I have was being let go due to company downsizing. I hate that my time was cut so short. I really loved working here.
