Pros

Nice people, fun environment, interesting clients/space, open and modern offices. Very up to date with technology and using social media in their marketing, etc. Unlimited vacation policy and good benefits.

Cons

Poor management, weak bonus structure, and non competitive salaries for req load and job responsibilities. Completely amazed by the lack of accountability on the senior level for constant turn over.

Pros

"unlimited vacation", nice location. cool office space.

Cons

you can never take that vacation. the leadership, trainers, and "middle managers" and tragically HR are clueless. CLUELESS. They will fire you at the drop of a dime. pay structure is awful. They literally do not care about employees. They are just as expendable as the contractors who they treat like checker pieces in a game. And these responses from susie hall are a joke. Just because you respond to someone's negative comment doesn't mean anything. you need to open your eyes and see what happens at each location and hold management accountable. It's called leadership.

Aquent Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. I respond to the reviews here because I genuinely care about our staff and customers, and I am absolutely listening. There is not one person here at Vitamin T who is expendable, and we have a clear and consistent process for performance management that is based on helping our staff be successful and retaining them. I'm sorry you feel that my responses are a joke, but honestly, the very reason I respond is to connect with the reviewer and learn so that we can improve. I would welcome you reaching out to me directly with your specific feedback so that I can address any issues with the information I need to do so. Thank you again. Lack of direction

Pros

Aquent has extremely good benefits and a great PTO plan. Their pay is competitive; nothing to complain about. Good co-workers.

Cons

The company has a major change of direction and priorities on a constant basis, which causes confusion internally and with their clients. It is clear that the owner has been trying to sell the company and wishes to "puff it up" to make the financials look better than they are. He has so far been unsuccessful in finding a buyer. Given his mindset, it doesn't look like he is going to stop chasing rabbits anytime soon.
