Pros

You are afforded a lot of flexibility with your work schedule and telework. The leave benefits are excellent, determine by years of experience rather than years with the company. Who wants to have 2 weeks vacation when you have been working in your field for the past 15 years? Not me

Cons

The only downside I see is that upper management and business unit directors have very little face time with those people that report to them. So I suppose it depends on your spin. That could be Pro because they are not micro managing. Or a con if you want more interaction with senior management so that they are more in touch with those contracts they are responsible for.

Pros

Aquilent values both it's customers and employees. Management is approachable and involved. The staff is highly competent and extremely professional.

Cons

As a midsize DC based company, work locations are limited to the Maryland, Virginia and DC areas. Projects are Federal government only.
