Pros

Direct supervisors will work with employees if possible regarding schedules Leadership believe highly in team members giving praise to each other for a job well done. The first couple levels of leadership appreciate and acknowledge their employees. The team I work with is great. They have worked towards inclusiveness within the LGBTQ community.

Cons

Pay is not adequate for the requirements of the positions and based on what you actually do. Raises are pitiful, almost non existent. Their points based attendance policy is losing them good employees (along with low wages) Their 401K is not determined until after yearly financials are complete and is not competitive with other companies. They do not pay enough towards employee benefit packages. Working in a call center environment even though not all departments are call center and all employees treated like they work in the call center. Not enough flexibility to work from home during COVID, especially for new employees.

Avoid A2L

Pros

Philadelphia Trip, having a paycheck, some good people in the organization

Cons

The whole point of this program is to set you into a role after your first year, many people leave because of no work/life balance (expect to work 55-60 hour weeks), more leave because of bad directors. If you decide to grind it out and make it to the end of the year to try to transfer accounts you will be hit by the reality that for some reason many accounts will deny you just based on the fact that you are an A2L, they won't look at your resume or even consider you. If you get an offer in a line of business that you aren't sold on being a long term career, do not take it, they do not make it easy to switch regardless of what the recruiter tells you.
