Pros

Love the team that I manage and the clients serviced. Benefits: health, vacation, holidays, PTO,and 401k excellant. Promotabilty attainable yet varied between accounts. Must be able to adapt to Aramark culture and politics for promotability. Salaried manager training outstanding when applied. Hourly training varied and inconsistent.

Cons

Pay raises: Hourly and salaried minimal for outstanding job performance. HR Policies TOO MUCH DOCUMENTATION: Re: Displinary actions...a lot of documentation to terminate. HR policies should be based on where accounts are located not where corporate is headquarted: ie 'right to work'. Highly level salaried management needs to relate to operational management better. Hourly to Salaried management almost non existant without a college degree.

Pros

The management was highly flexible dealing with my school schedule, opportunities for advancement, frequent raises. Overall it was a highly satisfying job that allowed me to grow as an individual by taking on additional responsibilities and start to take on managerial roles.

Cons

Mundane work, the union employees are often awful
