Pros

The people I worked with were amazing. Always strived for the best. Some of the best talent and mentors in the business.

Cons

Top Leadership. Eric Foss as a leader in particular. Since he has taken the helm, women in top positions were either eliminated or forced to leave. Long term executives with all of the knowledge base were shown the door. As much as he touts diversity, it is a sham.

Pros

Excellent Pay Flexible Schedule Opportunity to be creative in the sales and operations process Upward mobility in the sales career trajectory Well known company Fantastic service platform Supportive operations team Marketing and technology are up to date and excellent sales assets SalesForce Fantastic work/life balance if you create a set schedule for yourself and have the discipline to follow it

Cons

No real training on the products, equipment and sales-cycle It's very sink or swim, which works for me, but isn't for everyone Poor performers stick around forever, it's hard to shake them. It seems like management would rather see a full sales team of bad performers than a half empty team of top reps The 'internal sale' is more difficult to navigate than getting new customers to sign up. Management plays favorites and this can make or break your local sales process.

Pros

Good pay and the people you work with are great.

Cons

How can the sales team be part of the Northeast, but the service team be apart of the south? We have no idea when we sell something, if it will actually be approved. All that work for nothing! Extremely unrealistic activity goals. They make us focus a whole day on $25 accounts now... We get in trouble if we actually get a large account signed on Friday because we're supposed to focus on $25 bathroom accounts. Makes total sense!!!
