Pros

Located at the intersection of major highways. Lot's of parking. On site gym

Cons

If you are in auto claims you are chronically overworked. It is impossible to manage your workload unless your willing to donate large amounts of uncompensated, unapprecited "overtime". Management simply is uninterested in what the claims staff has to say. They make decisions without having any clue how it effects us and if you speak up, your reprimanded. The place runs on fear.

Arbella has great benefits and the work balance is very good.

Cons

Managers don’t like conflict or being challenged, so if you never desire to challenge management to improve, you’ll do great here; mediocrity is not only ok, it is rewarded. They are a best place to work because they get rid of those that dissent with them. You will love this company if you are a go along to get along person.

Your peers are wonderful, helpful even though stressed beyond belief.

Cons

Management from each supervisor, branch manager, director to home office do not care. The company line is work life balance. However this is not factual. People are treated unfairly and when the corporate folks are advised nothing is done. The few protected people remain and continue to harass. It is very unpleasant and down right degrading.
