Pros

Not much... Not so busy, so you're not really hurried Discounts is food Because it's not that busy, you don't get too tired

Cons

Mean managers (not all of them, of course) They don't really teach you; managers expects co-workers to teach you the job when it's their job Not really good salary They expect you to know everything but they don't teach you There are preferences; some managers like someone better than others, and they put you to work while the others are doing nothing Not very professional managers; one of was talking with employers about drugs (she using drugs) not a very professional thing to do; even if they use them, they don't have to tell their employers

Pros

I really dont see any pros working for this ailing company.May be you can save few bucks eating there their over salted frozen foods. After one month of employment your Health insurance kicks in. with a very hefty price .They are not open 24 hours like other fast foods. Anyhow no one come to the stores after 7pm. They are wasting their payroll dollars on opening till 12 midnight.

Cons

I have never worked in a company that still live in 1960's. Customers are old, all equipments are old, everything is falling a part. Company doesnt have any money to repair any thing. They still use cash registres dated from 1970s.Food is extremly nasty. They used frying oil so long everything tastes terrible. management are unaware of the sales and people.Senior management is blind to see that the brand is dying and they dont want to bring anyting to table. Can you believe they dont have working airconditions at most of the kitchens.

Pros

the only good thing about this job is that if you needed time off for school the manager would try not to schedule you.

Cons

-even though the manager would try not to schedule you if she did you where out of luck and if you called in you would be written up. -the shift managers are some of the most disrespectful people in the world and constantly told me how stupid i am and how i will not end up anywhere even though im going to college to become a teacher -the store manager constantly lies to us crew members by telling us that she has given us a certain shift we would like and have been asking for then laughs at us at manager meetings. -shift managers are aloud to go onto facebook and text while at work but if a crew member is caught with there phone out we get written up -although on your first day you are told that if you where to ever have a problem with a co worker you should go to the manager and talk to them about it if you ever did you got a serrious cut in hours for the next week or two -my boss complains loudly about how we screw up her chance at a bonus every time coulple of months but wont help the crew get better. -in the few years that i have been working here i have not gotten a single raise and out of all of the people that work there i only know of one person getting a raise since i have been there.
