Pros

One free meal per shift. Employee discount toward food. Schedule posted well in advance. Good new employee training.

Cons

Occasional rude customers. Even though an employee, it seems you have to pay for everything.

Pros

Pay is really good thanks to effect of a merger, benefits are good but health insurance was down graded, lots of personal development opportunity.

Cons

Major leadership failure at the most senior corporate level has left us as a very wounded brand. Missed the whole value trend as the recession kicked in causing a larger than necessary downward spiral in sales that we may never recover from. Took eye off of customer service, cleanliness, maintenance, etc.
