Pros

Could always ask time off, very flexible schedule, great training program. Room for growth and advancement. Opportunity to train others in your position which allows for great leadership traits and responsibilities.

Cons

Dealing with customers! You must have patience. Also may take a few weeks to learn everything with the store.

Pros

The place I worked would hire anyone, so if you need a job desperately then this could be an option for you. They rehired a girl that had just quit showing up to work.

Cons

The pay was horrible. We didn't even get a discount on food. I was working there as a student and they would try to schedule me during the time I had school even though they knew my schedule when they hired me. The managers were rude and unprofessional. You will smell of grease after your shift. Customers will be rude to you. The managers weren't requiring the under age workers to have work permits on file.

Pros

It was a good atmosphere. Not very busy since it's in a small town.

Cons

A lot of co-workers and in some cases the managers would talk behind the workers backs. Raises we NEVER given. Promotions were given based on favoritism.
