Pros

Deep discount on merchandise, the ambassador team is really the best part.

Cons

Management will pit you against upper management, little help with the tasks you have and only 8 hours a week to complete them. Male heavy store, the younger men fear the older men. The pay is absolutely garbage, no parking benefits, the bonus is also kind of a wash.

Pros

Great products! Good discounts within the brand and other Amer Sports company discounts.

Cons

Store managers and ASMs don't actually work in the store no matter how busy or short staffed the store is. They "work from home" most days. Managers also get unlimited vacation which sounds nice but it is taken advantage of. If you are a keyholder, you'll be expected to do their jobs without the pay. The company highly underpays the keyholders for what they are expected to do. Don't expect lunch breaks or to get approved time off if you really need it. Overall it is a very stressful environment with a low morale.

Pros

Fantastic product. Great people working with in the B2C team. Rapid growth of business.

Cons

New to retail so it can be a challenge getting the company to think from retail mindset.
