Lack of good leadership

Pros

Some fun coworkers, used to have fun company or group events to celebrate our wins.

Cons

Too many changes with senior leadership within the past year; the core values and ethics of the company has disappeared. People can’t align on simple decisions or future roadmap for the company. Wastes employees’ time and effort requesting last minute changes for an entire season and then changes their minds again last minute. Has been focusing more on fast fashion rather than long-term quality that the brand is known for. Trying to do too much all at once that they can’t do anything properly at all. Employees are burnt out and demotivated, good people are consistently leaving the company after coming to terms that it has become toxic. New employees are not getting the proper training and leadership that they need. New senior leadership team hasn’t been great at motivating and inspiring the company.

Pros

None. Higher ups do not care about you and you're surround by customers who act high and mighty because they're spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on rags.

Cons

Poor management. Poor commitment. Poor quality. and EXTREME favoritism.

Pros

Teamwork, great people to work with

Cons

The company is not valuing it's employees. Overtime is a given, tons of last minute requests from leadership and no chance to voice concerns about that. The salary is below average and almost below minimum if you calculate how many hours you actually are expected to put into this job. Too much stress and pressure from leadership, everything is focused around bottom line without thinking about the lives they affect.
