Friendly people, quiet, independent. Like my job role. Chance to learn new things all the time. Not stuck doing the same tasks all the time. Project-based work.

Cons

Org chart, workflow, policies, strategy, etc. obscure. Pay so-so. advancement? unsure. No A/C! Boring co-workers.
