Benefit is about ok, the total comp. is not very competitive in comparison with other simliar size start ups.

no communication across departments, or from management to team low moral no recognition for work done - management takes credit when good, throws you under the bus if bad overworked/taken advantage of and underpaid not welcoming environment with little respect for others
