Pros

Personable team-members, benefits great on paper (unlimited PTO), a challenging environment that forces you to sharpen skills very quickly (good for folks early in their career, can increase market value as a candidate for next career move).

Cons

Agree with the criticism voiced in others' reviews. Very clear lack in adequate staffing across teams, which contributes to unsustainable workloads, long hours, burnout, and a negative feedback loop involving customer angst - company stress. A consistent theme of working in a high pressure environment with more work incoming. Expect for responsibilities to continue to expand with your time here w/o relief.

Pros

HR is buttoned up and trying their best, and the company is very good at sales.

Cons

I had a pretty bad time here. My biggest criticism is that the company doesn't know how to follow through. They make great demos and sell the demos, and then they don't actually build what they sold and they wonder why people aren't happy. They also systematically remove resources from people and teams and wonder why those teams are unable to accomplish unreasonable goals and expectations.

Pros

Very smart people trying to create solutions to complicated problems. Great benefits on paper if you’re the flavor of the week hire.

Cons

There is no work life balance. If someone says there is they are likely getting fired soon and haven’t realized it yet. Rolling out a return to office plan that makes no sense, varies by distance, and clearly will favor people who just show face but contribute nothing. Prime example of implementing RTO because it’s easier than fixing resource constraints and no training. Canned AI messaging weave that makes the real reasons behind decisions obvious.
