Pros

Decent pay and we had lots of free snacks and pop in the office.

Cons

Totally incompetent management. Projects were started and abandoned constantly and with no consistent vision or strategy. The core product was a total mess but they couldn't figure out how to refactor it.

* Great coworker/teammate, willing to help and support their team. * Depends on the manager, some are wonderful, some are just ok. This is mainly because managers are expected to be IC and manage.

Cons

* Developer experience is terrible. You’ll spend more time trying to troubleshoot each step rather than doing the work. * Lack of clear documentation.
