      There is nothing good about this company.

      Cons

      Archon is a mom and pop recruiting shop that has a former Tek Systems rep with questionable ethics at the helm. Ask anyone in Tulsa that has been here and they will tell you. They masquerade as a faith based family company. Laughable. Micromanagement. Zero training. Unrealistic expectations. Delusional. This place is a sinking ship and won’t be around in 5 years.

      BEWARE OF WORKING HERE

      They give recognition for your successes. Great benefits. They offer a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      TERRIBLE management. Basically no management at all. There's absolutely no training and if you're new to the staffing industry you will have zero idea what you're doing. The company doesn't have the money to give you resources to set you up for success. Additionally, the company lies about why people get let go on a company wide call. That's weird and extremely unprofessional? I was told and promised so many things when I verbally accepted my offer and none of it was true or happened. They say they care about their employees when in reality they don't care about you at all.
