      Cons

      Gaslighting.. Gossip .... Micromanagement. ... Low Morale. ... High Turnover Rate… No training… Toxic environment… This isn’t the first bad review. It’s been happening for years. Stay away from this toxic company.

      Pros

      Okay benefits and that's really all the only great thing I can say about the organization.

      Cons

      Horrible management and unrealistic expectations. They will micro-manage you. Not once had this company ever mentioned of being "faith-based" but the owner loves to throw that out (but acts the complete opposite). The owner is sexist and does not listen to feedback and absolutely no diversity at all. Seriously, have never worked for a more ill equipped owner in my career.

      There is a lot of turnover....toxic work environment. Managers take from the team and no one is paid what they should be....reporting is always wrong.
