Pros
Good people on the floor and some good mid-level management and support personnel.
Cons
Poor top plant leadership, with little remaining creditability or respect due. Their management philosophy is to rule through fear and intimidation. Initiatives are flavor-of-the-day, with so many changes that no continuity is possible. Items that are shared with the team by the plant manager as given company leadership principles are later to be found to be falsehoods when discussed with leadership team members outside the site. Layoffs continue, and although money continues to be thrown at the site, there is a feeling of decay, decline, and future demise. The problem is not lack of funds; it is poor leadership. The lucky or smart ones have already left, and others are planning their exit strategies. The current CEO appears to be a loose canon who cannot control neither his temper nor his mouth. During a recent visit you could hear him yelling and cursing through the offices walls; not very inspiring or professional in my opinion. My advice...look elsewhere for employment.
