      Upper management needs replacing

      Pros

      Great people on the factory floor to work with when. Other managers throughout the company work extremely hard and are good people.

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea how to manage. Problems start with upper management and are pushed down to the lower levels to be fixed. Upper management does not understand what accountability means. They will absolutely run you over to make themselves look good. Too many yes men and women to count.

      You get to work outside, with lots of exercise

      Cons

      For what you do, the pay isn’t that great. One Supervisor is degrading and harassing to employees, and does not get along with the other Supervisor. They enjoy talking about safety but do not fix things readily and no one follows the safety rules and are not disciplined. Operators lie about getting hurt, or do not report it due to fear of being fired. Very low moral with most looking for other jobs. Have a couple bully operators that threaten people. I have a proven disability and after discussing it with my manager, I was told that if I couldn’t perform a certain task, they had no need for me. Yet there were other operators that had no disability who were not required to perform the task. So favoritism is also a problem. Do not work for this company.

      Pros

      Hours aren't bad most of the time, some travel

      Cons

      No money in company -> lower salary, less coworkers so tasks/responsibilities increased 3x fold with little guidance, managers don't manage and instead have their own mountains of work. No culture, people are boring/slow, lot of politics.
