Great people (the ones who actually work there, not management).

Cons

They have laid off so many people I imagine whoever is left has had to pick up the slack. You're always wondering when they're going to 'restructure' again. Pay is below average.

competitive pay for the area local team was generally solid

Cons

little direction/structure in work. training program is inadequate. culture is punishment-focused, rather than collaborate. causes employees/departments to work against one another rather than back each other up. lots of off-hours calls and chaos. every day was firefighting. excessive meetings. many days were 3-6 hours in meetings, time which could have been better spent working in the plant or on projects.

a few too many toxic DEI hires that need to be shown the door and put in their place. Benefits are pretty terrible at best. Some of the lab people are awesome- some are clueless. Management lives in La-La land
