Great pay, benefits, and people. Flexible working schedule.

Cons

Little to no training, they basically throw you in your role and you sink or swim. They are unable to keep young workers & everyone else has been here 20+ years. They have all the knowledge but do not share their knowledge & expect young people to figure it out on their own. They lure young people in with the ability to continue education but then tell you it's on a freeze due to the budget (it's been years).

Nice complex, clean buildings, flexible

Cons

Interviewed and hired away from a stable job. Communicated multiple times in interview that was happy where I was with the exception of shift work. Reassured the position was stable and let go after 3 months when they did a mass layoff.

Pros

The biggest pro was that we had an HR Manager in Springdale who practiced the values corporate tells everyone to live by and you could raise a concern without fear of being fired or retaliated against by your lead or manager.

Cons

The biggest con is that now they got her out of the way for doing her job by them doing some shady stuff, those of us in the shop don’t have anyone to have our backs anymore. Even though a whole bunch of us called the integrity line to complain, apparently the integrity line has lost their integrity too.
