Pros
I have been with the company since 2015, and have been through the growing pains any company goes through, but also have experienced the satisfaction of the growth itself. There are many things I love, starting with the people. By far, I work with the most genuine, fun, focused, and kind group of people I have ever worked with. I truly have a team that has my back. I have management that stands up for me and embody a servant's heart leadership style. The culture is fun and relaxed, making time for play while also focused on the important things that we are working on. The flexibility and work/home balance is really unmatched. It is truly an exciting time to be a part of this organization and after so many years, I am still happy to work here.
Cons
Like any other company, there is change, and I think you either resist it or embrace it. There is always opportunity for improvement, but I do believe we have a leadership team that sees these areas and takes action to better them.
