Pros

BirdDOgHR is always looking out for their employees. Our CEO invest so much time into his employees and product. We are very static, always improving. I have never worked for a company that invest so much in their employees along with improving their vision. What I love is the work/life balance that is provided here. In the 3 years that I have been here we have evolved so much and just get better. We provide great products and support to our clients which is so beneficial in my position.

Cons

Nothing I can think of right now. Anytime something might come up it is addressed and fixed.
