-Unlimited PTO -not much other than that

Cons

Managers do not like meeting with their employees. It’s a hassle for them to meet with you once every 2 weeks, and they always tell you that you’re doing a great job. You can work hard for 2 years, think you’re a great employee (based on leadership comments), and then they will let you go for no reason. This company was a complete waste of time.

Even though new management was listed as a pro, it's also a con just due to uncertainty. Health benefits could be better.

The best part about working here is the people. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and there's a genuine sense of teamwork. Plus, the company offers a good work-life balance with flexible hours.

Cons

While I enjoy the work itself, there's room for improvement when it comes to compensation and communication from upper management. Salaries could be more competitive, and it would be helpful to have more transparency about company decisions
