Smart, hardworking coworkers Fun culture

Cons

This company has a severe middle management problem. Many managers were individual contributors who got promoted into management roles based on tenure without the proper experience, motivation or skill set. They are too focused on their own growth and motivations, rather than on developing and supporting their teams. HR and higher up leadership knows this is an issue and does nothing about it. Limited opportunities for growth or pay increases. Forcing employees to return to office while they have proven to be just as successful working from home.

Good place for early career professionals

If you are early in your career this is a good spot to start in sales.

Cons

More experienced professionals may not find this a good fit with all the kool-aid drinking. I saw a lot of mediocrity in the proposals and pitch decks that were getting created. Arctic Wolf requires in-person working which is absolutely bonkers. More experienced professionals have a ton of opportunities in the market for more flexible work arrangements. This is a big part of why I left.
