AVOID DMPK!!!! Amazing company though!!!

Pros

I loved working at Arcus. Arcus is the perfect company to work for, and all teams in the research department are amazing at their jobs, except for certain people in the DMPK team.

Cons

DMPK specifically changed to a mass spec engineer from Portland (3-5 business days for repairing the issue) instead of a local mass spec engineer from San Leandro (only 1 day for repair) to intentionally delay the data of everyone in research. The DMPK team here is supposed to be a SUPPORT group, but certain people in DMPK act like a Starbucks inside a Target pretending to be Corporate Target. Love everyone else though!!

Pros

If you just want to follow others instructions, good place to work. Team meetings start and end on time.

Cons

No culture and no team empowerment. Management makes every decision big or small and keeps changing their mind leaving teams in utter confusion and frustration.
