      Full remote, somewhat promising assets headed into late stage clinic

      Cons

      Your experience will depend on the group. Management lacks experience, heavier politics than some fortune 50 companies despite the small size, communication does not flow as freely as a biotech should due to fear of retaliation. HR does not take feedback seriously and resorts to intimidation and gaslighting.

      Toxic work environment. A lot of hostile behavior from senior leadership with lack of leadership with experience. They want people without brain and just hands.
