      Pros

      I love working at Arcus, at least for biostatisticians the culture is great, there is great collaboration both within the department and cross functional.

      It is a small department so not a lot of room for upward movement

      Pros

      They have enough money to be stable for the next couple of years, but it's not worth it.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. I have seen several people pushed out the door due to their management lying and setting impossible tasks. They ignore data frequently-bad science! If you want any autonomy-you do not want to work here.
