Great work/life balance, but assignments can be repetitive

Great work/life balance and communicative team. If you need to take time off there's a high chance that'll be granted(flexible pto is essentially unlimited pto as long as you prep and request ahead)

Cons

Assignments can feel repetitive and lack creativity. Can feel very mind numbing. Since this is a small business, climbing up ranks will be difficult.

•Communication has decreased since merger •Loss of accrued PTO, replaced with a flexible PTO policy. New policy marketed as unlimited but has a strictly enforced cap that was never officially communicated •Loyalty between management and employees has broken down •Pay was always below market
